Unleashing the potential of a poorly designed space.
This Cape Cod style home built in the early 80s had a bathroom setup that desperately needed updating. An awkwardly located built-in makeup vanity and shallow closet situated on the opposite side preceded a small three-piece bathroom (with standard builder-grade fixtures).
To upgrade the space’s overall functionality and appearance, we designed a tiled walk-in shower with surrounding glass that transitions into a tub deck and large soaker tub. An array of modern fixtures round out the stunning transformation of the space, including a wall-mounted faucet, vessel bowl, floating mirror, pendant lighting, and an exposed track/sliding-door entrance.
